I'll have to try Nuun. I have bad cramps in my feet at night sometimes.

Being 48 to 52 yrs old running around with 20 somethings on a offshore oil rig.
Doing Roustabout and Rigger work with the cranes.
Not wanting to show weakness or lack of physical ability.

I ate the fugg outta pickles and bananas.
Staying hydrated and pissing pale yellow is important too.
You dont wanta be super hydrated then you start pissing out to many things your body needs and you can go to the ground from that.
Forget what it is called but seen it many times in the army.

Still cramp like a mofo trying to sleep.
Agonizing thigh cramps.

Kept up with them young guys and out did em alot.
Used to piss some of em off.
The old man could hang...
I woulda smoked the fugg outta em at their age.

Dash of salt, a shot of tequila followed by a sip of dill pickle juice. You'll be amazed.

Better is stuff called Nuun. Tablets dissolve in your water. Much more electrolytes than Gatorade and it’s not heavy tasting.

Yeah, but with that stuff you don't get to eat the pickles first.

An occasional sip is good and I never knew it helped relieve cramps. Mostly I just use it for pickling hard boiled eggs. Although the last couple years I've also been saving the juice from mild hot pepper rings and using it for the egg pickling. Getting to like those eggs better than the pickle juice ones.
