Read this and contact your State Rep with a big NO.

Question of the Week:
Reporting Lost or Stolen Firearms
With school shootings and other firearm violence in the spotlight in recent years, concerns about firearm safety have been a hot topic of discussion. A new bill was recently introduced by Representative Subeck that she says would help law enforcement better track down and recover lost or stolen firearms. Under the bill, a person who owns a firearm that is stolen or missing must report the theft or loss to a law enforcement agency within 24 hours of discovering the theft or loss or face a Class A misdemeanor. In addition, loss or theft of commercially sold firearms must be reported within 24 hours of discovering the theft or loss as well, or face a $500 fine, 30 days imprisonment or both.

Some info on the bitch introducing this bill.A Demonrat-go figure.

MADISON - State Representative Lisa Subeck (D-Madison) joined her Assembly Democratic Colleagues in introducing a package of good government bills today that will provide a fresh start for Wisconsin during this legislative session.

If it passed, actual enforcment wouln't be the point. Feel-good legislation and the accompanying media accolades would.

As if those doing straw purchases will NOW decide its not a good idea.

Yeah, the excuse it was stolen or lost has been used as an out before.

But if they couldn't make that felony stick, who gives a darn about a misdemeanor?

How about hanging the little entitled MF that shot those kids last week, this coming week. Not like we do not know who did it, and, save the tax payers a lot of money.

That’s exactly what needs to happen along with that POS that drove over the parade participants. Regardless of mental status, you murdered people and will receive an appropriate response.

What are they going to enhance public safety with the information? Hell, I'd reckon multiple times every day in the state of WI that 4473 denials go without any kind of response.

Hapens all across the USA every day.

For 2017 12 of 13,000 were prosecuted. 4473 does a lot of good doesn't it.

Older story but Here it is.

Here is another.
