I was in the gun shop and they brought out some 8lb jugs of Superperformance that had just arrived. I bought 8 pounds, so I now have 9lbs of this powder. I understand that it is great in the 270 WSM. I was going to try it in my .300 WSM. What other calibers do you guys use Superperformance for with good results? With the current powder conditions, it would be nice to find a few that I can load with this powder? What do you use it for, and what are your loads?

30-06 & 270 Win.................but truly, no real magic or measurably better than several other good powders.

I have used it in the 338 win, and 22-250. Worked well in both. Still use it in the 338 win.

260 Remington. Also check Hornady 11th manual for their other recommendations,

In my 24”-barreled ‘06 bolt gun, 57.5 gr under a 180 gr Nosler protected-point Partition (LC brass, Fed 210) is my preferred hunting load this year. It also powers a 180 gr Sierra Gameking with excellent accuracy.

Thank you all. I will find some things to mess around with for sure. I do need a 6mm load and 6.5x55 load. I am working on 30-06 loads right now. I will try this with heavier bullets for the -06

85 Barnes tsx and 95 Noslers in 243 and 6mm, 225 in 338-06.
I have found Superformance to be like R-19 at least my 8 #s.

Superformance works great in my 6.5 CM with the 139 Scenar. I haven't tried it with any other bullets. Rex

I copied JB’s use of it in 22-250 with the heavies. Amazing results with the 75gr ELD-M.

I use it in my .243 under 80gr TTSX. Can’t remember the exact charge but I’ll check tomorrow. Edit: 47.2gr is what I’m using.

Max load from Hornady of 44.7 in 6.5 CM w/ 143 eldx prints nice small groups. But so does everything else in my rifle. Haven't found a bad factory or handload yet.
