25 years ago I bought one abut 4 feet high at a Menards in a Lilly whte Suburban area.
I never thought about if Santa was black or white before that, so I bought it and gave it to my Dad!
We had some laughs with it!
Perhaps a box store in a black neighborhood/area might have one?

Thanks for all the help, but if I put that on my roof it'd end up looking like Dan Ackroyd in Trading Spaces. I'm really looking for one of the hollow blow molded ones.
