My property butts up to the old Keith ranch where Elmer shot and developed many loads . The ranch is still in the family . It is now owned by the granddaughter of Elmer Heidi .

By the way, Rock Island Auction Company just sold a first edition copy of this book, along with one of Elmer Keith's Ruger .45 Colts last week for $7475. If you go to their web site and add "/detail/84/493/elmer-keiths-ruger-old-model-blackhawk-revolver" (but not the quotation marks) after the URL it will take you to the listing. I live and work very close to the location of RIA Co. and have seen some amazing pieces go through that place.

Local library used to have it. Not sure if it's still around or the woke crowd has eliminated that too. More likely liberated by someone interested in it.
