The 120 Ballistic tips aren't even showing up on their website now.
I do think they are limiting quantities.
I tried to order 6 bags of 6mm 95 grain ballistic tip blems. It came back telling me that the desired quantity wasn't in stock, so I ordered 4 bags and that went through ok.
So I started a new order with 4 bags and it accepted that. 4 +4 = 8 and that's greater than 6 so must be a limit on certain items.
