Any of you guys find a supplement that works for joint pain relief? I know glucosamine has been mentioned for years, but not sure it ever did anything for me. My knees and elbows lately feel like crapola.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what gluscamine is, I take a bit of unflavered gelatin with my fiber.

Its good that you are looking at natural remedies that don't have the harmful effects of chemicals.
Joint pain solutions depend on what is actually causing the pain.

Many find the following helpful.
They keep a food and beverage journal for every meal and snack. Date/time...
At the onset of pain, inflammation or discomfort, the write the time, date and pain number rating..use any scale you like.

At the end of the seven day period, they have a window of insight as to what is causing the pain.
At the end of two weeks the window is bigger and so is the self evaluation/diagnostic.
And so forth for each period.

The separate cause could be from injury, heavy stress, lack of nutritional support, etc.

Evaluation of the cause is where you must start.

When I cut back on carbs, I know my knees hurt less. One of the benefits of trying to lose a couple pounds was always less pain.
My one knee was insane pain, and the other knee moderate pain. Had right knee replaced and pain is gone for the most part, and even the other knee feels better. Probably due to shielding the bad knee over to the moderate knee.

Glucosamine / Chondroitin is what works for me, too.

Amputation of major joints is so popular because that's the highest profit that the monopoly industry pushes.

It is also the highest risk of health and life to the patients.

Sure thing.

And the alternative when there is bone on bone contact?

You have something that will cure your asthma too?

dogcatcher.

I find some help with the glucosamine/MSM and a couple of 1000mg turmeric pills a day.

Not perfect, but it helps.

And yeah, one knee got so bad it had to be replaced. I put it off for years. Now, I can walk more than a mile, which was an upper limit without serious pain meds.

Good luck.

Well, my .com friend, I have something that works but is only temporary. I learned from a millwright WD40 will reduce pain almost instantly.

When I tried it and it worked! I called the company. The guy was adamant I should not be using it for pain, but he gets calls every week about how good it works.
