Same here. Find I also benefit from an increase or supplement of Magnesium & take Osteo-bi-flex. Had bad issues w Planter fasciitis along w joint pain. When i crack down on my diet & take magnesium & Osteo-bi-flex my condition improves dramatically. YMMV

Amputation of major joints is so popular because that's the highest profit that the monopoly industry pushes.

It is also the highest risk of health and life to the patients.

Best days work I ever did was the replacement of my knees. Cat what does my stuff uses a spinal and you are on your feet two hours after surgery. Last one was end of July, was elk hunting in the Crazies in early November.

Id believe it, I always took upper body strength for granted but finally got back in the gym last week for the first time since Covid, I was astonished at how much I had lost, I guess our 60’s ain’t like our forties.

Just yesterday I took a bad sideways fall on steep rocky ground, wrenched my shoulder pretty bad reaching out to break my fall, prob’ly gonna hurt for a while and preclude strength training that long.

I’m pretty sure I’m my younger/stronger days I woulda been fine.

I was suffering persistent knee pain, and then I quit wearing Crocs, pain went away.

On the other hand I wore em for years without problems, so my knees are getting older. I hadn’t realized how much bad footwear could screw up your knees.

If you can provide video of this I'll cover your water bill for a year.

Who would have thought dressing like a hobo seven days a week had drawbacks?

Yea. I hear ya. After too many years of not lifting I dragged my butt for three months but it worked and aches and pains started to fade. I didn’t have any major joint issues though.

If I took a fall like than and was confident I didn’t tear anything I’d still hit the gym. Lower weight, limited range of movement maybe change sets and reps? Unless there is a joint/ligament problem maybe treat it like micro tears in the muscle and not force through pain? I’d suspect that it will resolve more quickly that way.

If you're the guy in the video I'm pretty sure you died several years ago. Sorry to hear that.

I’ll say, it seems physical frailty doesn’t have much to recommend it. Just putting on a shirt this morning was a trip.
