Gluten free classic Bisquick sausage balls.

I have not made these since going grain free but recently found Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour. Cut the flour back from 1 1/2 cup to 1 cup and lowered oven temp from 350 to 325, added Parmesan and black pepper.

1 lb spicy breakfast sausage
1 cup paleo flour
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Course ground black pepper
325 degrees for 30-45 minutes
