How a gun looks doesn't mean as much as how it functions.
I had a friend that had what I considered the ugliest rifle there was. It looked terrible, patch work of parts from the scrap pile. Rifle had duct tape on it that was falling apart from age, but dont let it fool ya..... he shot competition at Perry with that rifle for several years. That rifle did what it was designed to do, shoot bullets down range in little-bitty groups.
If you like it, go with it. If you dont like it, change it.

Actually, I like the look of it myself.
I don't know how effective it would be as "camo" to the eyes of your quarry, but it doesn't look shiny or reflective.
It will hunt!
