I've probably only tried fruitcake once, many years ago. Obviously, this is not necessarily indicative of all fruitcake, but it was very dry and unappealing.
I'm more of a Lebkuchen man. I could freakin' live on that stuff.

My wife’s aunt Ann used to make a fruit cake that out of this world. But like so many people do she took the recipe to her grave. I’ve never understood that concept!

At a now young 58 years I'm pretty certain that I'll never try fruitcake, now EW Eggnog is a different story altogether as a bottle is waiting for me in the home fridge.

I fugging like fruit cake. But I really like the fruitcake cookies my Mom made.. I have never liked fruitcake but my granny made fruitcake cookies that were awesome.

I used to live in Georgia. Claxton fruit cakes, made in Claxton Ga. Every year i got offered a piece of a dozen of those. I could not stand that crap. Who would eat that?
