Except the electrician missed one part of the job- every wire should have a marking on it telling where it terminates at the other end. The problem is, on small jobs like that one the customer seldom wants to pay for the extra time... It would have been nice to have the exposed wires installed in Conduit. But that is just me over thinking stuff.

C'mon, guys, where's your sense of adventure? There is a fire waiting to happen... wires in knockouts with no protection or wire connectors, among other things.... you can see the neutral buss tie bar is already turning color from overloading/heat.... I've replaced a number of panels that looked like this and a few had charred studs on both sides of the panel before I got there....
