Luckiest murderer in America. It wasn't luck. It was money. He paid a million to a law firm that specialized in jury selection. They guaranteed that they'd get a juror seated who wouldn't vote guilty no matter what. It worked. One woman who they got on it could have watched him kill someone in the courtroom and still wouldn't vote guilty. The whole thing was totally rigged.

The combination of police incompetence, Furhman's own admission to racism and planting evidence ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuhrman_tapes ), and the general incompetence of the prosecution including wasting huge amounts of time on domestic violence when the charge was murder caused the verdict. A lot of people have forgotten just how horrible Furhman came across, not just his language, but the things he admitted to doing. He had to take the 5th on the stand about planting evidence, and was convicted of perjury for what he did say. Money allowed the defense to dig everywhere for dirt, but there was dirt to find because of Furhman's criminal activities.

I'm afraid we're going to see another one get a free pass from jail very soon. Alex Baldwin is as well known and popular democrat who won't serve any time. I feel that if he was going get any charges it would have happened by now. They'll probably will stall until no one can remember what really happened and he get a slap on the wrist. In todays climate, none of the left gets jail time for anything.
