His only Illness he has certified is ADHD, which he receives taxpayer money for. Not enough to keep him out of jail, they just need to have him meet with an intake counselor when he goes in, which he has a few times. He does keep saying that he is going insane. I'm not sure if he's trying to keep himself out of jail or just make people afraid of him. Just another lie.

It would also be great if one of the victims were to throw a lien up against the house aka business address. A lien against the house - now THAT'S an interesting idea. I'm not positive but I don't think you can ut a lien on someones house in Texas for fraud

Eustice just got hauled away by the police. He should be getting used to it by now. Hopefully the judge will see the error of HIS ways by releasing him time and again. That would require effort and a brainstem. As the 12yo daughter said this morning on the way to school "It's hard, most people don't have a brain!"

Court date got moved to 12/15, Looks like he gets to have some more time to think about what he has done (lol). Eustice is back at his suing the big companies routines in his JP court, he is suing Citibank, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo. Most of the defendants are arguing to have everything dismissed because he is sitting in jail for theft and can't attend the hearings lol. Eustice is also trying to sue a company because he interned with them in 2017 and never got a job. He said he worked long hours for free and never got paid ..... basically what an intern does, but he's hard up for cash because his other schemes have dried up so back to the old vexatious litigation.

The suit against the company for the internship was dismissed with prejudice last week. Eustice had sent emails acknowledging it was an unpaid internship but that didn't keep him from suing. It did keep him from winning.

They should never let him file another, either.
They should at least make him pay the fees to file these suits. He claims to be poor so he doesn’t have to pay. Of course, he lies on the forms to make it look like he is poor.

Eustice has been forced to pay fees a few times after he loses a case in JP court when the defendants show evidence to the judge where he has claimed to be a rich business owner. He also has bragged in his LSU case where he can sue people as often as he likes, pay no fees, and likes his local judge. The JP court where he lives is a joke and the judges continue to allow this fool to use vexatious litigation to harass people for money. If the judge had any sense they would mark him as a vexatious litigant and put an end to his bullsh*t. The problem in Harris County is there are too many liberal judges that allow this BS and it ties up the courts.

Anybody hear what the outcome was ? His court day is now listed as tomorrow. Something must have caused it to be put off a day. Maybe he threatened to sue the judge!! It appears he DA is trying to get him held with no bail. He filed a response saying his threats to others are court related so their OK and not a violation of his other bond conditions (no internet except for court issues). Not what someone said above - his web site is still up.
