Flattening wlr primers,bolt not sticky. Can changing primers to cci 200s help with flattening primers.

Reducing the powder charge typically works better than switching primers. IME.

Flat primers may or may not be caused by pressure. Headspace can do a great job of dramatically flattening a primer.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.
