MCarbo has the best instructions, I ordered my kit from them and you also get a little plastic guide pin that really helps. My trigger actually ended up lighter than I liked, think it was 13oz so I cotacted them and they told me to blend in some of my original springs till satisfied. I stopped at a 2.5 pound pull, original pul was over 7 pound. Really helps the accuracy.

Mike Bellm website gives good information on how to lighten a trigger. They sell spring kits also.

I bought the Bellm kit. I only have one hand and I installed it in about 10 minutes no problem.

The 1st one was difficult for me. But it seems to get easier the more I do for friends.

I like the #4 Bellm spring kit with 51-pound hammer spring. That Mcarbo kit is nice as well though

I used the instructions in the Bellm kit. I also bought the tools. I took pics with my phone step by step when taking it apart. That helped a lot with the reassembly.

I ordered the Bellm Kit with instruction manual. Very easy to use.
