So I found a bag of new, primed, 12ga paper hulls. I don’t foresee ever needing them and am pondering selling them.

Will they will have to ship under an ORD sticker on a brown truck?

Will the transport costs make these not worth the effort?

smallest box that you can use it might be, weight shouldn't be all that bad

Primed brass/hulls are NOT hazmat. Ship just like unprimed same.

The ORM-D label was phased out effective 1/1/21 and was replaced with the Limited Quantity label. Here’s more info from Lion.com:
