I have a Westerfield (Mossberg) 410 pump for sale. It is very clean and had a broken safety when I got it. I repaired it and accidentally even shot a grouse with it. If you want it post on here and follow up with a PM. Payment by check of any kind. $430 will get it to your FFL.

What year do you WANT it to be? I have no way of knowing. Early 70's would be my guess but that is just a WAG.

If the seller is so inclined on any firearm, it might not hurt to research the serial number of your gun and thereby date it. That will increase your chances of selling it if it's C&R eligible. Just sayin'.

Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Do you have a book that lists DOM on Westernfield? I don't. Actually, I don't believe I have ever seen one but I have led a sheltered life.

Weren't they sold by Western Auto. I'm old enough to remember those parts stores. I was thinking it might be C&R eligible

They could have been. This one is marked Monkey Wards but I know Western Auto sold them too. Without a confirmed DOM I am not sure how to play the C&R game.

Never mind...Wasn't trying to annoy you, there is a lot of house brand info in the back of the Blue Books, old Shooters Bibles etc...might find something on the innanut. I'll go away now.

WesternField was Montgomery Wards brand and were only sold by Montgomery Wards. Your .410 was made by Mossberg for Wards and is nothing but a rebranded Mossberg 500. Western Autos house brand was Revelation.
