Not had much around the house lately, but with a little weather a few seem to be filtering in. About 20 yds from this keyboard yesterday. Not a real snot slinging altercation, but they spent about 5 minutes shoving one another around. Thanks for the comments. The local community is presently debating urban deer control. About a 53:47 split in favor of some controls. Now the argument is moving into the method realm. Entire community displays an obvious browse line, and gardening of any sort requires about a 6 ft surrounding fence. I seriously doubt anything will ever be done.

I live in the wrong state and in a #$%^*(%^ subdivision. I need to find somewhere else to live and in a hurry. Life's too short to live in a vinyl village..

Dinny: I live in the wrong state and in a #$%^*(%^ subdivision In a subdivision here as well, but the last one on the hill. Houses to the south, and sagebrush/juniper and pine forest to the north. If one is into any sort of gardening though, the deer are a PIA.

How's the snow at your place after all this crazy weather?? Someone else posted that in some places a bit further east of you its already getting really deep and crusted over which will make it tough on the deer.
