I would love to find one in an American in the same flavor.
I’m out on skeletons for the time being.
The .270 is the greatest hunting catridge ever designed. To dispute this fact is to only justify our loonieism in owning and hunting with inferior cartridges.

Yeah one sold last week or two ago for 2500$ If I hadn’t bought 3 rifles the last month I would snag that.. been wanting one for awhile.. they will only keep going up. 1500$ was my limit on that one..

Just buy a Ruger American in that caliber. Probably be more accurate. Mine used Ruger Mini-30 mags and will shoot 1” groups even with the cheap Russian Ammo.

These rifles just keep surprising me on the prices being paid. It is apparent to me when bought right, they are currently a investment.

Those poor guns have to go to some soft handed collector instead of being used. A shame.

That’s what’s crazy about those boat paddles.. those were made to beat the snot out of and keep on goin.. not like a lot of the beauties on here that I see … unfired, almost new, never hunted.. some nice stuff out there..

I bought my Wife one of the Davidson's non-cataloged rifles back in 1992. It has never been particularly accurate, but she likes it because she shot her first whitetail and first coyote with it, all with a crappy old 2-7x28 Vari-X IIc to aim with, go figure.
