MRxHILLBILLY: By coincidence one of my local gunshops has a 1960 vintage Randall Model #1 with an original brand named leather sheath (I forget the name but it might have been Kephart or started with a "K" or maybe an "H").
Anyway it was a large beautiful Randall knife and was priced at $649.00 (no sales tax in Montana)
I know this is not the exact model you posted about but thought you or someone else might be interested in it.
Phone number is 406-682-4210 Monday through Saturdays.
This Randall knife is very unique - it seems to me - anyway the store personnel would certainly send you an electronic photo for your consideration.
Good luck in your search.

If you are willing to wait 6 months, contact Gary Clinton of Clinton Knives... he is a high volume Randall dealer... $50 deposit on the knife to order and it takes about 6 months to get the knife... He can order anything you want and he charges retail... which is cheaper than everywhere else.

FWIW.. the 10-5 with Micarta or rosewood handle is $295 and generally $15 dollars shipping... I have several of the model 10's that I use in the kitchen and on the boat. great knives... One piece of warning... the fireman special is a very thick knife... incredibly sturdy and a beast for the size...

VarmintGuy...was that sheath a Heiser? If so, that is a real deal for a Randall Model #1 with a H.H. Heiser sheath.
