I'd heard from multiple folks that this was -- at least at one time -- a reputable outfit and a rival to Hendershots. They had a box of 9.3x62 for a decent price so we ordered it... bullets are all seated at different depths (so different the naked eye picks it up immediately) and most at a severe slant. Have an email in to them but haven't heard anything yet. Their slogan is "excellence in pursuit of perfection"... so I'm hoping they'll make it right but unsure how anyone could, in good conscience, let ammo looking like this out the door...

Runout that'll wobble a gauge right off the bench. Nice.

There's no denying what's in those pictures. It would almost take effort to produce 20 rounds that varied.

Multiple emails over multiple days. No reply. Maybe just slow because of holidays, but more likely a lesson learned the annoying way.

Wow, it's the amateur hour over there....
It's you and the bullet, and all the rest is secondary.

Bought some 32 H&R magnum ammo several years ago there and used in a silhouette lever match (pistol cartridge) - during the match I had a round “go off” and spotter didn’t see a hit (target or otherwise) went to chamber next round and wouldn’t go - bullet from previous round stuck in throat! Luckily round didn’t chamber or would have been very bad (assuming next round had powder?). Would have caught without issue in normal shooting situation but during match and gunfire going on at the same time did realize what had happened.
Contacted and basically got “what do you want me to do about it” - he didn’t seem to want to believe me or really even care. I just said no problem will make sure to never buy again. That’s been several years ago and haven’t since. I realize things happen but his general lack of any concern soured me - I just really wanted to let him know he may want to check his lots and rectify. Oh well - their loss.

Yikes. Yea, my issue is if someone was this sloppy with seating, how careful were they with powder, etc? I don't really need a blown up gun over $43. But if he doesn't respond in the next few days, I'll at least alert people where I have accounts to spare them repeat performances.

UPDATE: multiple (polite) attempts to contact Reed's have gone totally ignored. (When I had a question about sales, prior to purchase, they responded very quickly.) The only conclusion I can draw is that they've seen the issue and simply don't care enough about customer service to reply, let alone fix it.
Can't recommend anything but steering clear.

Reeds used to be better than this, but something has gone wrong. I would avoid them for safety reasons if nothing else.

What cartridge is that? Maybe as a source of brass only... Mike

Supposed to be 9.3x62. But this batch could range anywhere from x58 to 64... 😔

Looking at more of the site and seeing when a lot of loadings were last updated as in or out of stock, it looks like I was about 5 years too late for the heyday.

UPDATE: In fairness to Reed's, after I said I was going to post a photographic review, they finally responded. They claim they responded to all of my previous emails... though I have zero messages from them in the chain itself or spam. (Spam or a block would make no sense as they could clearly respond to my last message that mentioned reviews and the BBB.) I am UPSing the ammo back to them. They say they're going to inspect it and, if defective, issue a refund. (I declined replacement ammo.) Assuming this all goes smoothly now, I'll be the first to give them credit for making amends, albeit very late in the game, and still with no explanation of how they got out the door like that.

Never knew Hendershots loaded ammo. Like to stop in there, they have a nice shop.
