Congratulations.I have not seen them around here, only in advertisements. 160 yard shot is nothing to sneeze at particularly with a muzzle loader. Sure further than I could shoot. If I am healthy enough next year at 79, I might give them a try

Ordered 100 of these to try. Might as well buy them since they are in stock. If they perform good 100 should last the wife and I about 10 years

So what is better - a bullet that expands but does not exit or a bullet that does not expand but does exit? Seems like with muzzleloading bullets you rarely get both on big game.

You'll get differing opinions on this - but I'd rather have controlled expansion and deep penetration. Unfortunately most full bore conicals are made for deer hunting so you don't have many deep penetrating options
