Is the Winchester 67 boys rifle the same as the 67 junior and youth rifles, doing a lot of reading on them and my guess is they are all the same which i believe Winchester advertised as the 67 junior. 20" barrel and shorter stock thanks Ron

Yep..
Had one for my girls and unfortunately got rid of it. Now I have grandkids. I still have a 67, that I have considered cutting down as it’s not in collector shape.

Kunas & 338reddog: Not sure about the "Model 67 Junior" - unfamiliar with that model - but my mint perfect Winchester Model 67 "Boys Rifle" has a 20" barrel and a 12 1/4" length of pull.

I have a 68 with finger grooves that was my first rifle. I’ve put a pile of rounds through it and with that aperture rear and hooded front sight it’s accurate as any open sighted rimfire out there. Probably one of the last I could ever get rid of.

I may be mistakenly assumed different name for same(boys) rifle.
My reference materials are boxed from a recent move, so unable to check. I however don’t remember a 67 junior rifle

my guess is they are all the same just people calling them different names, all seem to have the 20" barrel and shorter LOP, i did find one advertisement that showed a grooved forearm on one

A cousin of mine has one, it was pristine until he slipped on some ice and broke a chunk out of the heel of the buttstock. He was crestfallen at that, but it still works and shoots just fine. Pretty neat little rifle, all told.
I have sort of copied that with my CZ Scout rifles, also short, light, and handy (and they can be repeaters! with the addition of a magazine). All told, my Scouts shoot every bit as well as the longer rifles with fancier stocks. Those short LOPs are pretty handy in cold weather when you're wearing a heavy coat..

You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.
