Dam fats.,That’s some good looking eats. I’m a sucker for good pozole. There’s a small local place that makes it really well, but I’m probably relegated to instant top ramen for the foreseeable future.

Made a damn good fryin’ pan full of cornbread tonight. Went good with the leftover Christmas beans!

Tonight’s snack with be the rest of the cornbread crammed in a big glass of cold sweet milk.

Made a baked ziti tonight.


Chef John recipe...same one I always use.


I used pecorino instead of parmesan tonight....and instead of full fat ricotta, I used good cottage cheese.


Best one I have made yet. Really prefer the cottage over the ricotta.
