liposomal vitamin C is better than ascorbic acid supplements if you are trying to significantly increase C levels at the cellular level.

liposomal vitamin C is better than ascorbic acid supplements if you are trying to significantly increase C levels at the cellular level. Any decent ascorbic acid supplement will perform identically.Liposomal will require less frequent ingestion but will cost many times more that ascorbic acid in powder form We buy ascorbic acid powder by the kilo and a I take it four time a day.My total daily intake is 20K MGs.

A little rare to medium rare red meat or some citrus keeps me going just fine. Given our extremely varied diets now days, such should not be an issue. Miniscule amounts are more than sufficient. Reading on the early polar explorers suggest those enduring scurvy would recover in a day or so if they just had a helping of rare or raw meat.
Given my diet, I should be well over dosed.
