Hate to hear parsons isn't taking any new work.
I have a Dowell I wanted him to make a wet molded sheath for.
Curious to see what you come up with Jud

Tagged. I have an old Marbles we found at great grandpa's last winter while doing a little cleaning. Too bad it looks like somebody got carried away on a stone or wheel.

Got a couple from him.
He has great mentors…. ( Winston and Ingram)
With Gene slowing down, Ken is prolly the next best thing. IMO.
For that style knife.

I think that Chuck Burrows passed away 5 or 6 years ago. Sandy Morrissey went out of his way to teach me a few things about leather working about 18 or 19 years ago. Great Guy and sheath maker! Sandy has got to be in his upper 90's if he is still kicking and I heard several years ago that he wasn't doing custom orders anymore. It wouldn't surprise me a bit though if he wasn't still working.
