How do you consume it?
Sliced and fried? Cubed and added to something else? Grab a handful and chew?

Sliced, cold, on un toasted bread with Mayo and mustard.
Diced and fried with onions and scrambled eggs.

Take out of the can, lather two pieces of sourdough with Miracle whip and hot mustard, a half inch slab of Walla Walla sweetness, sharp cheddah in between, pepper and go. One can will only make two...

Love it sliced and fried, then on toasted, buttered, bread for a sandwich with some mustard. Love the stuff. Oh, and bread needs to be oat-nut.
Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Browned in a skillet (I buy the Lite singles packs) then in a sandwich with mayo and pickled jalapeno slices. Or with eggs.

Grilled, fried, baked or right out of the can. LOVE IT!!
Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

I carry a can in the boat, along with evaporated milk, hardtack, honey, in case we get stuck overnight on the lake.

Had it for supper other night. Sliced, fried, with brown sugar glaze.

Sliced and browned on top of a smoked Gouda Trisquit with a dab of mustard. Once ate nothing else for 5 days on a bear hunt. Good memories
Sliced cold and on wonder bread with brown mustard and a thick slice of sweet onion is the only way my dad would let us eat it when I was a kid. I had no idea some people fried it.
