Though I liked it I can't remember the last time I ate it. Forty plus years ago... I will buy a half inch thick slice of Boars Head corned beef and fry it with potatoes.

Sliced and fried on a bun with a fried egg and some American cheese.

Topped with Chipotle Cholula.

I like it best cold from the can. Frying it seems to bring out the saltiness. (I still do it sometimes.) I'll either make a sandwich of it or else have it on a plate with some chunks of cheese, cut pieces of each and transport them to my mouth on the end of the knife. Usually have some chunks of raw vegetables along with it and some olives.

Fried with hash browns and a couple eggs, with a little ketchup. It makes a great, easy to fix hunting breakfast.

Ate a lot of it as a kid at home and at my uncles farm for lunch. During a fishing trip a few years ago somebody got the bright idea to eat a piece of raw spam and then do a shot of tequila. God that was nasty 🀒. Not sure who was the bigger idiot, the guy who suggested it or us for doing it. Dave

A good dark chocolate without too much sugar ain't bad on the ingredients.

Nugget's "everybody knows" line is bogus. Even if it were true, heart and tongue are some of the best meats on an animal.

Sliced and fried, cubed and mixed with taters and eggs, sliced and eaten on bread right from the can. Sliced thick and grilled instead of a burger

I still eat it from time to to time. I prefer the spam lite singles. But even the lite version has enough sodium in it to kill a horse. But ,I still like it.
