So they dont work loose over time, stave off open air corrosion or possible galvanic reaction issues. Its a former industrial electrician apprentice thing. Had ta teach it to residential and commercial journeymen among other schit they didnt know for a week in a 120ft basket lift so they could go run a 4 man high steel cable tray crew... Had ta go thru little ole me to get certified..... A lowly apprentice who knew his schit learning from 3 master industrial electicians and 2 other journeymen for almost 5 months before the crew swelled up to 75. Got to the point where little ole lowly me was doing site supervisor inspections with the tech prints over a 14 million dollar contrat we had for lazy fuggs from dow corning in michigan...... Running a 4 man install team, and training fugg tard journeymen who were grandfathered into that title..... Company taking advantage of my sense of responsiblity and doing schit right the 1st time, and what I knew... Had about enough of the professional development line bullschit they told me when I asked for journeyman pay while training journeymen. Next day... Wrote up massive safety violations on a Hemlock project manager .... phatt lazy fugg. All that bullschit for 16 bucks an hour while dumbfuggs I was training or doing their job responsibilities were making 27 to 35 an hour🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 Was fired a week later. Laughed literally in their faces on the way out. They was meek and scared of me cause they knew I set it all up after I asked for a raise by writing that phatt fugg up Now one of you 2 fuggs from Michigan need to do your own QC and inspections per your job title instead of pawning it off on me and getying your face book time. And the other guy and the safety guy can start certifying dumbfugg journeymen too like your job title says... I could smell the goat like scent of fear when they asked to speak to me in the trailer. Literally.... When I burn a bridge I burn that fugga to the water line... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Whole project failed.. Cant compete with chinese polysilcate was the " reason" Pork project solar energy money is what it was.... Black jesus solar panel project. Made solyndra look like small potatoes.
