Whats the difference in these two scenarios?
A Wisconsin man was arrested Saturday after a gun he was handling discharged and killed an 8-year-old girl in Milwaukee, an incident that prompted the city's acting mayor to ask citizens to "put down the guns" on the heels of a record-breaking year for homicides.
The incident happened around 2:25 p.m. on the 1800 block of West Highland Avenue, the Milwaukee Police Department said.
Police said the 47-year-old man was handling a firearm when it went off and the subsequent gunfire struck the girl. She was rushed to a local hospital, where police said she died of her injury's
Police said the death was being investigated as a homicide and that criminal charges would be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.

I'm asking because I don't know, but are there no avenues for civil suits or deformation suits against the District attorneys for inaction in these cases ? Beside revenge there should be a legal way to force litigation in these cases where the entitled are unscathed ,simply because of elected DA's doing nothing allows criminals to go scot free !

The rules of justice have changed, I understand the BLM group over this petty car stops over tail lights and turn signals, that intern turn into gun fights, most white guys make damn sure the lights work before they go out Friday night burning one and drinking twelve, the black population seems to hard headed to avoid the harassments that we all get .
