This gun is unfired, it comes with the solid synthetic, pistol grip stock and a five round magazine. There is a magazine extension available for it. This is the model that was designed by Benelli for the U.S.M.C. and adopted by the Marines after very rigorous and competitive testing. It is the finest assault style shotgun available to the general public. It comes with the box and all papers including the warranty papers.
