Sorry, but that's pretty weak. If you want to spoof white supremacists then Dave Chappelle with his Clayton Bigsby routine is much funnier.
My take is different. It's making as more fun of Vermont, one of the most liberal "woke" states that has politicians and hippies like Ben and Jerry and other Trustifarians that love to tell other states how racist they are and how inclusive they should be when their own state is 95% white. But subtle humor is lost on some.
