Those scopes sold for about a $100.00 in the early-mid 90s. I had the 4x16 version and was a good scope. Designated Mag IV (4x mag range).

In my poorer days I had a couple Tasco's. Point of impact changed (like 3 inches at 50 yds) whenever one ranged up through the power range. Easily observed with use of a bore sighter. Still have one on a 22 LR and it's excellent as long as one does not twist the power ring. It's a ground squirrel rig, so I put it on 10X and leave it there. If I do crank things around it comes back to zero when I bring it back to 10X.

I still have a couple of those around. They have been reliable scopes. I never really had any real problems with them...
they were a good value for what you paid for them...
