I thought you were talking a Harley or a big riceburner.  The source alleges Cowell wasn't wearing a helmet when he crashed the vehicle, which can travel up to 20mph, and that he had blood pouring down his face after the crash. He should probably stay off tricycles too.

Haven't been to London, but I can see cruising along at 20 mph on a hard to see electric bike could be a little dicey. Ppl have a difficult time judging how fast bicycles and motorcycles are going. First thing riders learn is to stay off the front brake on slick surfaces. He forgot... An accumulation of wet leaves got me once. Skidded 105 ft.
