I had -31 below this morning. No mosquitos today. -31 here too. Had to shut the windows last night. Yeah and if it just much colder I may need to break out a vest. And garden gloves. You 2 jackasses need to move north. -40*C/F here this am, up to about -28*C now !

Thermometer bottomed out this morning so it is past 10 below F You need a better thermometer. My outside mechanical goes to -60F, don't know how low the digital goes. Somewhere in my archives I have a pic of my outdoor thermometer showing half a needle width on the colder side of -50C which is -58F. Cold by any man's definition.

I used to spend all day outside at -20 or 30 below zero and it never bothered me. I would spend all day out fishing or trapping beaver under the ice. Now I am cold at 70 degrees and my feet haven't been warm since August. I have started to look for a little place in western Kentucky maybe to hole up for a couple months next winter. I just can't handle the cold anymore.
I am always looking for factory wood stocks!
