Please help me ID this stock brand. I'm guessing HS Precision or McM? The wrist and other dimensions seem to be slimmer than a B&C.

Looks Bansner to me by the shape. Is the white bedding compound or chalky textured “fill”?

I think you Brown Precision guys are correct!
After looking at their stocks, the dimensions and lines match up.
Thank you.

Thanks....this is my son's rifle....it will be going up for sale. He can't remember the specifics of the build.
Rem 700 with a Jewell Trigger and Brown Precision stock are a great start.
If anyone is looking for a Lefty lightweight in .308, stay tuned.

Looks Bansner to me by the shape. Is the white bedding compound or chalky textured “fill”? I think so also. The wrist and inlet look more like a Bansner sheep hunter than a brown. Can you provide a picture of the bolt cutout and inlet to the recoil lug?

Looks like a Brown Precision .Pounder, I think Bansner used Brown Precision at least early in his career.
I could be wrong, my memory isn't what it used to be.

Looks like a Bansner to me. Below are a couple pics of the one I'm currently working on for reference.

I have both Basner and Brown Pound'r on 2 Model 7's. They both look the same to me and like the photos shown.

The Pound'r is on a 308 and weighs 15+oz.. The Basner is magnum contour on a 350 mag. and it weighs about 20 oz.. Hope this helps.
