My first car, 1966 Ford Mustang, had hand crank windows......my current driver, 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.......hand crank windows.....wife has the heated seats and steering wheel.

Every country store would make you a bologna or lunch meat sandwich. Gallon jars of pickled Penrose wieners and pickled pig feet on every counter.
Filling stations would pump your gas, wash your windshield, check the oil and air in the tires.
