Mental health side effects of drug use. Will never "age out of the system". Need to bring back some sort of "holding pen" for the mentally incapable that isn't as barbaric as the system we had. The system we had is not nearly barbaric enough for much of the refuse littering our streets.

That was plainly enough attempted murder. The turd should be charged accordingly, but will probably get out on bond and do it again since there is little accountability in that state, especially violent offenders. Keep voting democrat, thats what they voted for.
