A father has been violently dragged from a New York school board meeting for not wearing a mask, according to reports.

Only way to stop all this school BS is to have every parent yank their kids from them and either home-school or enroll in privates..

I wouldn't call that violent. Forceful, but not violent.

He should have stated that he was peacefully protesting, which IMO, he was.

It is a shame that nobody in the crowd stood with him. If everybody got involved, the security would have been overwhelmed.

If just one person had stood up and pulled their mask off, the cops would have quickly been in over their heads. Time for polite people to stop being so polite.

And wtf happened to having “a medical exemption” to wearing a mask. Usually folks who went maskless were given a berth assuming there was a reason.

I think the masks do very little if any good. Especially the cheap cloth masks that you can see through. The whole thing is just for show. But Some places require them for entry. I hate wearing the stupid things but if a place says they require them I wear one in or choose not to go in. Have done both. Knowing New York is like it is I don't understand trying to go in a place full of mask nazis where they require masks. Sounds like a way to get arrested and end up in trouble for nothing.

It doesn't feel good to do that at all. It will be epic the day they hit the wrong guy.

Hogwild7, I think the thing you are missing is that they are not doing it for “nothing”. Some see resistance to overt acts of oppression as a solemn duty to the cause of freedom. To those, it is far from nothing…
