5 AM is lunchtime for me 5-6 days a week, 48 wks a year.

If I want to sleep....
No caffeine after about 3pm.
I have to do some form of sustained exercise for an hour or more, lifting weights won’t do it, it has to be some form of sustained aerobics.
During the weeks it’s a bicycle, an hour before work, to work.
Weekends its hitting the trails in the woods at first light, 2+ hours up and down steep rocky trails in the woods with the dogs.
I actually do this because I suffer from this irreversible physical decline called age. If I live long enough in the end age is bound to win, but if I stay active I can push that time back.
A side benefit is that I usually sleep OK, typically about 10pm to 5am.

Been up since 2:30 MST.
Trying to figure out how to get a CGA 540 medical oxygen regulator in a hurry.
What the hell? Parent? Buddy's father in law. Hospital semt him home....told him to fugg off basically. O2 at 80 on room air. Jim, did he go to the ER? Oh yeah.

4:00 is the time I wake up every day. Then I go by doing my yoga. 5:00 is the time I prepare to go to work.

I can’t sleep! Any body on here ? Lucky if I can get 1 to 3 hrs uninterrupted thru a night. Wake up numerous time all night every night. Sucks.... Same for me Rene. Mine is mostly caused by a bad back, and arthritis pain. I’m usually already awake when my alarm goes off at 5:30 am.

I was up at 4:15, needed to do a scrub of the kitchen. I was in Nashvegas all day yesterday pressing the flesh at the Legislator with the new GOA Lobbyist, taking her around to meet the House Members and the few Senators who are 2nd Amendment friendly.
What I find amazing is the number of anti-gun Democrats that are strapped now that they allow Permitted individuals to carry in Cordell Hull. Seems a bit disingenuous to me. If no one requires a firearms for self defense, why are they now feeling the need? Cause they are Hyprocrites... Can they carry concealed in their also. If so. I bet a bunch of em got little pocket pistols also. Liberal Socialist Democrats are scumballs anyways and think everyone should do as they say and not as they do themselves. Exactly

Did you get that regulator ordered? Yes I did. If nothing else, I will be able to use a big bottle off my cutting rig if and when the Hospital doesn't help.
