Spent the day grinding elk and deer burger and sausage. I guess I put up around 35+ lbs. Need to do another session in a few months.

Had some fresh ground dinner. Turned out well.

Definitely not a carnivore dinner, and I wouldn’t want a steady diet of it. I guess it doesn’t hurt to change it up, besides my wife requested it…..cream of broccoli soup![Linked Image from i.imgur.com][Linked Image from i.imgur.com][Linked Image from i.imgur.com]

Looks really good. Of course I'd serve it with some kind of sandwich piled high with some kind of meat, lol. Smoked turkey breast with swiss and broccoli sprouts on Dave's rye comes to mind.

Agree, that’s usually the way we roll, but tonight we took the lazy route. Cheese tortillas!

Hey, those are quesadillas! Never sell anything on a tortilla short. Everything's better on a tortilla.

It’s been on there for about two hours- or until melted.

Brought these home from the north shore yesterday. Fresh off the boat, $4.99/lb. Made for good eats.

Turkey leg meat (tame version unfortunately) pressure cooked and stripped off of the bone and the broth used to cook Red Lake Nation Wild Rice that I am going to use for a bed.

Either brocoli or asparagus for a green vegie
