Hey,
As you can probably tell I'm from Texas. Knowing this, can any of you tell me the names of any reputable turkey hunting guides in the Lone Star state. The only turkeys I have ever killed were the poor saps that wondered past my deer feeder and fell victim to some slightly heavy firepower, for turkeys anyway. As this method requires the IQ of a retarded squirrel I would sincerely enjoy learning more about actually hunting turkeys in a more sporting method since all the people I know who hunt turkeys tell me how exciting it is. Thanks for your help.
TEXASAGGIE
------------------
God bless America

HS Strut has a "so you want to be a turkey hunter" video out that will give indepth advice into scouting, call selection and calling the birds. They also have teaching videos for locator, box, friction and mouth calls. The videos can be purchased as a combo with a call included. luck/Make`em strut!!!! www.hunterspec.com
------------------

Gun Control is shooting a tight group...
