Is it possible to rebore a 7600 that's in caliber .243 Win up to .260 Rem ?

As already noted, JES could say for sure. On its face, though, though, the answer seems to be ‘yes’ since 760/7600s have been re-bored up to .338 and .358 fairly often.
I simply don’t know if JES does .264 as it’s not one I ever considered.

I don't think JES will do that rebore.

I had a Ssavage 99F rebored from 243 WIN to 260 REM some years back and it has worked great..

The bore diameter of the larger cartride just needs to be large enough to remove all of the rifling. Rifling is typically around 0.004" deep, so the ROT is that you need at least 0.008" to work with.
