For several days up to mid afternoon today, I have been getting the video in the right margin that folks have complained about on my Ipad. I have Adblocker plus and tried changing some settings, etc. with no luck. I logged on about an hour ago and now it’s gone. Was it something I did or what?

You simply lucked out; however, in an effort to boost his poll numbers, chiner joe just made a speech where he took credit for your miraculous repair, so I really cannot say, definitively.

No it was not something you did, I have had that video for months and my adblock plus would not stop it. I also logged on this morning and it is gone. Rick must have done it.

I could not get rid of it with adblock. But I did make it go away with Ublock origin. I am glad it has gone away I found it quite annoying.

uBlock Origin has two useful tools, a Zapper and a Picker. The Zapper lets you block anything annoying during your current session. If you refresh the page, whatever you blocked comes back. The Picker tool creates a rule that permanently blocks whatever you select. Both are simple point and click options.
