Top pic This is the second time you have posted this with no details. I remember you saying you do not have a recipe, thats fine, I can figure out the amounts to use, just need the ingrediencies. Thanks, it looks delicious. Doug

Hi Doug,
This is the seasoning blend we use;
5 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix & store in a mason jar
Always in;
Bacon or bacon fat
Red kidney beans
Can of chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 crushed dried thai bullseye peppers
Liberal red chili flakes
Diced sweet onion
Beef stock & sherry or red wine to deglaze
This was made with 2lbs deer burger & a pound of turkey burger, that was in the fridge
4 large diced tomatoes
Sometimes in;
Black beans
large can of Chili tomatoes
Small sweet peppers cut into rounds
Odd times;
Left over pulled deer neck roast
Sweet corn
Make it up as you go & include what you & your's enjoy !
