While hunting in AZ last week I took a nasty fall in the mountains and my rifle went flying as I tried to keep from getting seriously hurt. I rifle landed scope down on a rock hard enough to gouge through duct tape, take of the black finish and put a pretty good gouge in the steel ocular housing, man I thought it was toast. Getting back to camp I set up a target and the scope was still spot on. One tough scope Meopta Artemis 1.5-6.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.
