Here's there chance to pre-emptively rewrite history before the mid terms... Sean Penn has arrived in Kyiv to "tell the world the truth about Russia's invasion" of Ukraine.
The Office of the President of Ukraine announced that the American actor and director was in the capital to document the conflict.
The statement from the Ukrainian government expressed gratitude to Penn for "such a show of courage and honesty."
