Should be a great burn rate for your 270. It's been my experience that Ramshot Hunter is very clean burning, doesn't leave a great deal of residue, producing excellent velocity that's often 50 to 75fps over other powders, and it's been accurate. I haven't tried it in a 270win but it's been really good for me in 280AckImp and 6.5 creedmoor.

You can look it up here, they don't list the SP but If you look up a 130 grain bullet in the Hornady manual the loads apply to all the different .277, 130 gr. bullets they make. There are other 130 gr bullets also, go to page 64. https://ramshot.com/load-data/QL thinks it good to go. Cartridge : .270 Win. (SAAMI)
Bullet : .277, 130, Hornady SP 2730
Useable Case Capaci: 62.350 grain H2O = 4.048 cm³
Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 3.340 inch = 84.84 mm
Barrel Length : 22.0 inch = 558.8 mm
