The Biden administration has created this crisis between Russia and Ukraine for a convenient purpose, and the White House is not about to let Zelenskyy screw it up and create peace.

American Administrations will need to get used to be told this is going to happen or else. This is new and uncharted territory for them. There are players out there that will not follow old standard: PRC, Russian Federation, Iran, Turkey,...... Remember when Macron told Trump that EU needs independent force to protect itself militarily including United States? The Yellow Shirts almost drove him out of office.
